Lee Marshall's 81 was a bright point in an otherwise dark day for the second team at St Annes on Saturday.
With only nine willing to make the trip to Vernon Road the odds were already stacked against the visitors from the off.
But Lancaster made it a competitive fixture despite losing Danny Welbourne and Matthew Liver early on.
Marshall was the mainstay of the batting while contributions from Reuben Orr (20), Nathan Baxter (18*) and Geoff Orr (13*) gave Lancaster something to bowl at.
With only seven fielders it was always going to be an uphill task and Luke Wilks, Paul Wilks and Sajid Nalbandh took full toll on the depleted line-up. Paul Dawson took the solitary wicket to fall as St Annes eased home by 9 wickets.
